«We have already found out that the NAIS registrar made a mistake when entering the archived act entry into the register, based on the data of which act entries are generated in the mobile application,» — «Diya» responded to the indignation of social media users.
The press service assured that the NAIS team (state enterprise «National Information Systems») is already working on a fix and a global solution to prevent similar incidents from occurring.
As of early 2022, Kostyantynivka was home to over 78,000 citizens. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the city has not been under temporary Russian occupation, but has been under regular shelling, with the front line just a few kilometers from Kostyantynivka.
