Currently, VoLTE is used by over 10.3 million of the operator's subscribers, and VoWiFi - by over 2.6 million.

Currently, VoLTE is used by over 10.3 million of the operator's subscribers, and VoWiFi - by over 2.6 million.
In the largest cities of Ukraine, the share of voice traffic via VoLTE and VoWiFi is even higher: in Lviv it has already exceeded 70%, and in Kyiv and Odessa it is approaching this mark.
VoLTE and VoWiFi voice technologies enable voice calls over 4G and Wi-Fi networks, respectively. Unlike traditional voice calls that require the device to switch to previous-generation networks, VoLTE allows you to talk and use mobile data at the same time, and VoWiFi allows you to make calls over Wi-Fi in areas with weak mobile signal. Both technologies provide clear voice and faster connection times during a call.
In conditions of frequent power outages, VoWiFi is also an effective tool for maintaining communication. Even if the mobile network signal is weak, it is enough to have backup power for Wi-Fi equipment and access to the Internet to make a voice call.
Kyivstar recommends using VoLTE and VoWiFi simultaneously. If the subscriber leaves the Wi-Fi coverage area during a call, the smartphone can automatically switch to VoLTE.

According to a user satisfaction survey, about 90% of subscribers using VoLTE and VoWiFi highly rate the quality of the technology and are satisfied with the service. At the same time, calls via VoLTE and VoWiFi are billed as regular voice calls according to the subscriber's tariff plan, without additional charges.
