The corresponding notice is posted on the Supreme Court website.
It has been determined that the deadline for submitting applications by creditors with claims against the debtor is set within thirty days from the date of official publication of the announcement of the opening of bankruptcy proceedings.
dev.ua wrote back in 2023 that the large network of appliances and electronics stores «Eldorado» was on the verge of bankruptcy. As of September 2023, «Eldorado» had begun the procedure for restructuring its debt in the amount of UAH 1 billion to partners, suppliers, and fiscal authorities.
At the same time, distributors and global brands in the production of electronics and household appliances, which are creditors of Diesa LLC (Eldorado chain) , opposed pre-trial reorganization — debt restructuring without entering into bankruptcy proceedings.
On November 30, 2023, the Kyiv Commercial Court refused to approve the company’s pre-trial rehabilitation plan to Diesa LLC (Eldorado chain).
Meanwhile, the Eldorado chain of stores itself filed a lawsuit against Russia seeking $3.9 million in damages.
