The draft resolution was published by the Joint Representative Body of Trade Union Associations. So far, it is only a draft that has yet to be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers.
For participants in the "Experience Matters" program, they want to prescribe in more detail the electronic submission of applications. Both the candidate and the employer will be able to do this. The system will "pull" part of the data from state registers. The finished application will need to be signed with an electronic signature. Employers will also be able to notify the State Employment Center whether the program participant was employed or refused online.
Separately, the government proposes to clarify the technical mechanism for releasing companies registered in areas of active hostilities or temporarily occupied territories. Such a possibility is already provided for through the "Obriy" system using "Diya", and the new project details how this service should work.
Earlier, dev.ua wrote that "Diya" is expanding its online marriage service. The team will test a function that will allow Ukrainians who have previously lost their husbands or wives to marry via video call.
