According to the case materials, on January 11, 2025 at 11:30 p.m., a man committed domestic violence of a physical and psychological nature against his wife: he threatened her, shouted obscene language, and used physical force against her.
The IT worker admitted his guilt in full and explained to the court that he was intoxicated, which is why he lost his temper.
Currently, the programmer does not drink alcohol, he and his wife have reconciled.
The court found the IT specialist guilty of domestic violence and fined him UAH 340. The man must also pay UAH 605.6 in court fees.
The court’s decision may be appealed to the Kyiv Court of Appeal through the Dniprovsky District Court of the city of Kyiv, within ten days from the date of its issuance.
