According to the court decision, the woman was hired as a software engineer on June 5, 2024. Since August of the same year, the company stopped paying her salary and stopped contacting her. The employer also did not pay mandatory contributions to the Pension Fund, which was confirmed by OK-5 and OK-7 certificates.

The court declared the employment relationship terminated as of March 23, 2026 and ordered the company to make a corresponding entry in the employment record book.
In addition, the court ordered the plaintiff to pay:

The total amount of the recovery is UAH 458,136, not including the court fee.
The court also allowed immediate execution of the decision regarding the payment of salaries within the amount for one month.
According to the case materials, the company did not file a response to the lawsuit and did not appear in court, although it was duly notified of the case. The decision was made in absentia.
