According to «Ekonomichna Pravda», under such conditions, the employer will be able to issue and sign an employment order in electronic format.

«After completing the procedures, the system will change the status of the person in the Register of Able-bodied Persons from „not working“ to „working“, close the filled vacancy in the Register of Jobs, transfer the necessary data to the Pension Fund and state information systems, and notify both parties of the successful registration of employment relations. A similar algorithm also provides for online dismissal of an employee,» the material states.
As reported by the Ministry of Economy, «Obriy» is to combine data from 12 state information resources, in particular:
State Register of Individual Taxpayers;
Unified State Demographic Register;
register of insured persons of the Pension Fund;
Unified state electronic database on education;
Register of qualifications;
Unified State Register of War Veterans;
information system of the social sphere;
Centralized data bank on disability issues;
Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs;
the information system of the State Employment Service;
portal «Diya».
Based on this data, a Register of Able-bodied Persons will also be formed, which will contain information on education, professional training, qualifications, employment, social statuses, and other information necessary for employment.
In parallel, the Job Register will operate, which will be formed from data from other state systems as well as information submitted by employers, including vacancies, requirements for candidates, working conditions, and the level of their pay.
