FUIB breaks currency exchange patterns – personal exchange rate right in the application

FUIB has made currency exchange flexible and profitable — personal rate, auto-repurchase and currency exchange without credit card fees

An interesting feature that I wanted to try out is the ability to get a personal, more favorable rate. The client is guaranteed to receive promotional rates from FUIB if he regularly exchanges currencies for a total amount of UAH 5,000 over the previous two months.

What the promotion includes:

discount of 0.05 UAH to the currency purchase rate for USD, EUR, GBP;
discount of 0.02 UAH to the currency purchase rate in PLN;
personal benefit of 0.05 UAH to the currency selling rate for USD, EUR, GBP;
personal benefit of 0.02 UAH to the PLN currency selling rate .

How to take advantage of the benefits:

Make at least one purchase and/or sale of currency in the FUIB application for 2 consecutive months.
The amount of these transactions must be at least UAH 5,000 over the last two months.
Get promotional currency exchange rates.

After that, the client automatically gains access to promotional rates in the application.

How it works

For example, if in April and May you exchanged currency in the FUIB application for an amount of UAH 5,000 or more, you will receive promotional rates throughout June. To maintain promotional rates, continue to exchange currency monthly and adhere to the exchange amount of UAH 5,000 for the current and previous months.

By the way, the user himself can get an even more favorable rate by entering the desired exchange rate within ±1 UAH and submitting an application for currency exchange. What does this mean in practice? If you plan to convert an amount exceeding the standard limit, or are simply an active user, the bank can calculate the rate specifically for your request. Just enter your desired rate in the application!

It is this experience of fast, convenient and individually oriented currency exchange that is most appealing. The entire process — from authorization at FUIB to receiving dollars or euros on a virtual card — takes a matter of minutes.

No commission, even from a credit card

First of all, the bank allows you to buy currency without commissions, even with credit funds, and that’s wow!

In addition, for those who work with foreign partners or support loved ones abroad, FUIB has expanded currency options by introducing flexible exchange and full functionality for the Polish zloty and British pound, which is now critically important for many Ukrainians in Europe.

By the way, for viewing card rates in the FUIB currency space, more than 10 currencies are presented, which may be the most relevant for Ukrainians — from the Swiss franc to the Israeli shekel and the Georgian lari.

Also, for everyone for whom currency fluctuations are not something abstract, but data for daily analysis, FUIB offers the opportunity to track dynamics using relevant charts and other analytical tools right on your smartphone.

For example, we click on the graph icon next to the currency pair hryvnia-euro or hryvnia-dollar and detailed statistics of the exchange rate change appear before us, available for a specific day, the last week, month, three months or six months. Thus, you clearly see not only the situation «for now», but also have at hand the dynamics for a significant period of time. As a result, your decisions regarding currency transactions are based on thorough analytics that FUIB has already done for you, and are not simply dictated by the moment!

Delegating currency purchases in the app is easy

In addition to all of the above, the application has the ability to set up automatic buying and selling. Thus, regular currency transactions can take place without your micromanagement — savings will be formed smoothly and automatically according to the parameters you set.

Simply form an application to purchase currency, specifying the desired rate — and the application will do it for you!

The interface of the FUIB banking application offers to automate other operations that we usually forget about, but which steal our time and attention. If you do not want to monitor the charts every hour, you can set up «Notifications about exchange rate changes» in the application. As soon as the value of the dollar or euro reaches the mark you have chosen, your smartphone will send a Push notification. This relieves the emotional burden: you are not afraid of missing the moment, because the bank itself will inform you about a profitable entry point.

Simply click on the «sliders» next to the corresponding currency, and receive a notification when the rate reaches the mark you selected — this option is available both for the rate in the application and for the rate in bank branches.

New service «Bank Rates»

Another extremely relevant novelty that FUIB presented as part of its «Currency Space» is a comparison of currency rates in major Ukrainian banks. You no longer need to monitor this information on specialized resources or even turn to AI assistants — the rate comparison is already presented in the application.

You can find the new service in the «Payments» or «Currency Space» section, and when you go to it, the screen is displayed «Courses in banking applications.»

Summing up, we can confidently say that the currency service at FUIB has ceased to be just an exchanger. It is a flexible constructor that adapts to the needs of the user. Regardless of whether you are a professional investor or just a person who is used to keeping a financial cushion in a stable currency, the application gives a feeling of speed and fairness of the price thanks to personalization.
