On December 3, the Verkhovna Rada adopted the relevant government bill 12076 in the first reading, reports «Sudovo-yuridychna Gazeta».
According to this draft law, it is up to the conscript to provide information about himself. He can register remotely through «Rezerv+» or come to the TCC in person. Otherwise, he will have to appear before the TCC and pay a fine from UAH 17,000 to UAH 25,500.
Important reasons for not passing electronic identification (not clarifying your personal data) by means of «Rezerv+» or not arriving at the TCC are recognized as:
«The registration process is still complicated and bureaucratic. This creates difficulties both for conscripts and for the TCC and SP themselves. This especially applies to citizens who are temporarily abroad, but remain ready to fulfill their duty to the Motherland,» commented the decision of the Verkhovna Rada, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko.
Earlier, she reported that according to the experimental project, data on men aged 16-25 will automatically appear in the «Reserve+» mobile application, and they, in turn, will automatically be registered in the military.
At the end of November, it became known that a system may appear in the «Reserve+» application, which will inform a person about changes in his personal file.
