The launch of the intensive was announced by Reface recruiter Iryna Bernatska on her LinkedIn page. The training will begin on October 1 and last two weeks, and applications can be submitted until September 29 inclusive.
"They say that the market comes to life in the fall and it's the best time to change jobs. Well, the market has come to life so much that we at Reface are launching Refacesatura," Bernatska noted.
The program is designed for professionals who know how to generate visual content, edit, and work with artificial intelligence tools. To participate, you must have a portfolio with examples of AI work, an Intermediate level of English for reading materials, and record a short video presentation in Loom up to 5 minutes long.
The training includes 10 online lectures from the Reface team, access to internal AI tools, and a practical assignment based on a real company brief. The workload will be about 7 hours per week (lectures will be held at 5:00 PM). The course will cover the basics of performance marketing, the evolution of generative AI during 2022–2026, working with node systems, and video production automation. The program will conclude with a practical thesis defense at Product Pitch Day.
