Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko announced a new version of the «Reserve+» application, which is already available to users.
«It’s about respect for people, transparency of state actions,» she noted .
Now, military conscripts will be able to more easily find out whether they are wanted. This does not mean a «criminal» wanted list, but a wanted list of the CCK. «Reserve+ will send push notifications if you are wanted or removed from it. So that you do not find out about your status unexpectedly at a checkpoint or at the border,» Chernogorenko noted.

At the end of January, electronic referrals were launched in Ukraine through «Reserve+», and on April 1, the electronic account of conscripts became operational.
«On February 1, we launched electronic referrals, now we are in the stage of active hot implementation, because there is often some resistance in digital transformation — the country is large, there are many entry points and you need to support, explain, talk to the VLK, CCK. And the second part of this big first phase is a digitized resolution on suitability/unsuitability,» Chernogorenko said .
«This is how it used to work: a conscript would go through the VLK, receive a paper decree, and have to register it with the CCK, so that it would be entered into the register there, and only then would it be reflected in Reserve+.»
«Now we have come to the military medical commissions, presented them with an electronic office, simple and user-oriented. We have held dozens of seminars, told doctors how to work with it and how to record all actions to establish fitness/unfitness in it,» Chernogorenko noted.
Conscripts generated about 100 thousand referrals to the VLK through Reserve+.
«Regarding the electronic office, since April 1, about 1,000 military medical commissions have been operating in the system throughout the country. So now the VLK result is automatically sent to Oberig, the CCC operator does not enter anything, everything is laid out in fields tied to the person, the state sees on the radars that the person is not lost, that he has fulfilled all his obligations and there is no need to pull him with summonses,» Chernogorenko said.
