Now citizens do not need to wait several hours for confirmation of the service from the CCC.
This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development Kateryna Chernogorenko during a telethon broadcast, RBC-Ukraine reports .
According to Chernogorenko, the recently launched electronic referral function to the VLK through the "Reserve+" application took up to several hours to be confirmed by the territorial recruitment and social support center, but in the near future the service will become instant.
"It will be possible to do it immediately, generating it on the spot, without waiting for confirmation from the CCC," the Deputy Minister of Defense said.
The other day, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported on the first year of operation of "Reserve+". Thus, the application is used by 4 million citizens, 70% of whom updated their data in "Reserve+". During the first year of operation, 200,000 referrals to the VLK were issued, and 360,000 online deferrals are also in effect. In total, 74% of users positively assess the work of "Reserve+".
"Over the year of operation, "Reserve+" has become a full-fledged tool for interaction between conscripts and the state. The application forms a new attitude of citizens towards the army as a modern, transparent and accountable institution. This is digital transformation - when technologies do not just automate the process, but change the attitude of the state towards the person and the person towards the state," noted Kateryna Chernogorenko.
The Ministry of Defense also reported that currently "Reserve+" has over 9,000 current vacancies, including over 200 vacancies for IT professionals , including in cybersecurity and administration.
It was previously reported that citizens who received deferrals online can now automatically extend them through Reserve+. In mid-February, Kateryna Chernogorenko reported that at that time every third deferral was received through Reserve+.
