Vchasno Group (formerly Tabula Rasa), which develops a number of services for digitizing document flow and reporting for individual entrepreneurs for large Ukrainian companies, increased revenue by over 60% in 2024 and is seeking to enter the Uzbekistan market.
This was stated by Vchasno Group CEO Mykola Palienko in an interview with Forbes Ukraine. Two years ago, the company separated from the Evo-Rozetka group, but continues to provide Prom, Shafa, Kabanchik, and Rozetka Pay services.
Palienko said that in 2024, Vchasno Group received revenue of UAH 608 million (+62%). In 2025, he expects growth of 50%, to over UAH 900 million.
«The ecosystem of seven products „Vchasno“ accounts for 60% of our revenue. The largest in terms of revenue is the electronic document management „Vchasno.EDO“ (45%),» Palienko noted.
According to him, the company has begun to actively use AI to support customers — the technology already processes up to 70% of requests. Currently, Vchasno Group is working on AI search for tender documentation.
«We looked at Uzbekistan, we like this market. They have gone even a little further than Ukraine in document digitalization. In their country, the electronic form of documents is mandatory for tax and accounting documents,» said the head of Vchasno Group.
He added that the companies are striving to «build together something like Vchazno in Uzbekistan.»
Previously, Mykola Palienko told why the process of abandoning Russian software was delayed, how pressure from the state can be harmful, and why alternatives are not always «better and more expensive.»
