In "Reserve+" you can pay fines for 9 types of violations: The Ministry of Defense explains how it works

In July, the Reserve+ mobile application launched an online fine payment service. Since then, the functionality has been expanded, and now you can pay 9 types of fines.

Now you can pay a fine at Reserve+ if:

did not appear at the CCC and SP upon summons;
did not register for military service when they turned 25;
did not register for military service at a new address;
did not register for military service after arriving from a penal institution;
did not register for military service at the place of residence as an IDP;
were not registered in the military at their place of residence, work or study;
did not provide property (buildings, structures, transport) during mobilization;
did not pass or refused to pass the VLK.

One paid fine covers only the violation for which it was assessed, the Ministry of Defense explains .

How the fine payment algorithm works

Download the Reserve+ app from the App Store or Google Play .
Log in to the application, go to the "Online Fines" section and submit an application for recognition of the violation.
Within three days, the CCC and the SP must consider the application and send a resolution on the violation. After that, there is an opportunity to pay a fine of 8,500 UAH — 50% of the full amount. Payment is given within 20 days.

If you don't pay on time, you will have to pay UAH 17,000. If you don't pay within the next 20 days, the amount doubles and will be UAH 34,000.

After payment, the red ribbon with a warning about the violation in the application disappears. The whole process usually takes about 4 days. To see your current status, after paying the fine, update your military document in "Reserve+".

"The obligation to comply with military registration requirements remains. Therefore, summonses may continue to be received. Systematic ignoring of summonses will be grounds for criminal liability and other legal restrictions," the defense ministry emphasized.
