Soon, "Reserve+" will have the opportunity to issue a deferral for parents of children with disabilities

To join the testing and be among the first to receive a new type of deferment online, you need to fill out the form at the link .

Who can participate:

• parents of a child with a disability under the age of 18;
• parents of an adult child with a disability.

Currently, the following can receive a deferral in «Reserve+»:

• people with disabilities;
• students, postgraduates;
• parents of three or more children born in the same marriage;
• families of defenders with a child;
• husbands or wives of people with disabilities;
• people with temporary incapacity;
• employees of higher and vocational education institutions.

We remind you that to apply for an online deferral, you need:

• submit a request to «Reserve+»;
• then the system will check the grounds for the postponement through interaction with the necessary state registers;
• If confirmed, the deferment is granted, and information about this is displayed in the electronic military document.

Typically, the process takes several hours and does not require collecting certificates, visiting the CCC, or waiting a long time for the case to be considered.
