Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, announced this during the briefing.
According to the deputy minister, such citizens learned that they were «wanted» as soon as they downloaded the application. In general, about 3.5 million citizens have updated their data through Rezerv+.
At the same time, the Ministry of Defense is working to ensure that the registration function also becomes electronic and is provided through the Reserve+ application, although Chernogorenko did not specify in detail when this will become possible, announcing only that such plans exist for next year.
«In 2025, we want to launch the possibility not to go to the TCC and present your paper documents certifying your identity, but to make it possible through, for example, verification in Bank ID, through confirmation of documents of the State Migration Service, the Unified State Demographic Register», — she explained.
According to Chernogorenko, the goal is to register through a smartphone from any convenient place, that is, to turn Rezerv+ into a full-fledged alternative to TCC.
Another potential feature to be launched in the app is signing a contract with the Defense Forces.
«We have already put it into operation and I think that within a few months anyone who wants to join the ranks of the Armed Forces or other defense forces will be able to do it right on their smartphone», — she added.
As we reported earlier, the Ministry of Defense is launching a loyalty program for military personnel in Army+. Discounts will be provided by Ukrzaliznytsia, Rozetka, Nova Poshta and others.
