The mobile application for military conscripts «Reserve+» has returned to normal operation after a failure that occurred the day before. Currently, authorization and the main functions of the service are working in the usual format.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
To restore full access to services, users are recommended to update «Reserve+» to the latest version in the App Store or Google Play marketplaces.
The service was restored thanks to the joint efforts of the technical teams of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine.
«Individual users may still encounter difficulties. We are completing work on resolving them,» the development team noted.
The application failure occurred yesterday, September 1. It was caused by an automatic security certificate update at around 03:00, which caused the previous version of «Reserve+» to lose the ability to connect to the system. Updated versions with fixes were released on Google Play at 06:30 and on the App Store at 07:46, but simultaneous attempts by a large number of users to log in to the service caused a peak load on the servers.
