Readers of dev.ua report that data in the application is not loading, the application "hangs".

Another user also talks about the slow operation of the application - it takes a very long time to retrieve data from the registers.
"When updating a document, everything "crashes". Without access requests, the application works, but when a request is made, nothing happens," he noted. There is probably a problem with access to the registry.
Given the situation, we recommend that you carry a paper draft with information about your military conscription status and the available grounds for deferment.

As the Ministry of Defense informed dev.ua, due to the high load, some users of "Reserve+" may experience difficulties with authorization or access to some services.
"Specialists are already working to restore the stable operation of the system," the military department assured.
If a user has already generated a PDF document in the application, they can freely use it during inspections - such a document has the same legal force as a paper one, the ministry added.
It is expected that the service will resume normal operation in the near future.
