The engineering company "Robotized Complexes", specializing in the manufacture of ground robotic platforms for military purposes, is starting cooperation with the Lithuanian Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology to create a production base for R&D in Lithuania.
The partnership involves the creation of a production base in Lithuania for the production of ground robotic systems for the needs of Ukraine and their further adaptation to NATO standards.
The implementation of the project should strengthen the production capabilities of the Ukrainian Defense Forces and open up new opportunities for Ukrainian developments to enter the markets of Alliance countries.
General Director of Robotized Complexes Igor Chaykivskyi and Director of the Baltic Institute of Advanced Technology Tomas Žalandauskas signed the protocol during the NATO-Ukraine Defence Innovators Forum 2026, which took place on June 1–2 in Vilnius.
The first stage of cooperation will include assessing the possibilities of creating a joint venture, preparing a business plan, searching for investors and production partners, as well as analyzing regulatory, legal and export procedures.
The partnership involves combining Ukrainian combat experience and technological solutions with the capabilities of the Lithuanian defense ecosystem. In particular, the parties plan to establish cooperation with the Armed Forces and the Lithuanian Riflemen's Union, as well as other defense and security organizations. institutions for testing, operator training and development of scenarios for the use of ground robotic complexes.
A separate area will be the adaptation of platforms to NATO standards, the integration of new components, and the development of specialized modifications for the needs of Alliance countries.
"Ukrainian ground robotic complexes are created and improved based on real combat experience. Cooperation with Lithuanian partners opens up opportunities for scaling production, implementing new technologies, and adapting our solutions to the needs of NATO countries," said Igor Chaykivsky, founder and CEO of Robotic Complexes.
