The logistics operator assures that it will fully compensate customers for the estimated cost of all shipments that were lost or damaged as a result of the enemy attack. Nova Poshta promises to contact each sender and recipient in the near future to arrange reimbursement.
It is noted that the company had prepared scenarios for business continuity in advance and had already redirected flows and rebuilt logistics routes to bypass the affected terminal, so no delays in parcel delivery are expected.
