As Suspilne report, a number of providers broadcasting Ukrainian TV channels, including «Pershiy Kanal Suspilny», were hacked.
The Triolan provider, in turn, announced that it would solve the problem with the signal approximately until 9:00 p.m., as unauthorized interference was detected in the network, which affected the operation of cable television.
«Unfortunately, an unauthorized interference was detected on our network, which affected the operation of cable television. We are already working on fixing the problem and are making every effort to restore the service as soon as possible,» the company’s chatbot said in a message.

The company also reported that it had detected a phishing clone site and warned users not to install any additional drivers.
«We do not update any services that require you to update drivers. Check the name of the site you are on more carefully,» wrote a representative of the provider.

According to users of the Triolan service, clips with Russian narratives are circulating on the air.

As of 7:20 p.m., mostly obstructions could be seen on the channels of the Triolan company. However, video recordings containing concentrated Russian propaganda occasionally make their way through them. In particular, these are active fakes about the government, «Banderivites», activities of special services, etc.
The hack was felt by users in Dnipro and Kharkiv, as well as viewers of Suspilny in the capital.
As of the beginning of February this year, according to the National Broadcasting Council, the number of users of Triolan (a legal entity of Content Trading LLC) was 245,819 subscribers (they use analog and digital technologies, the company did not divide the number of users by them).
