Ukrainians will be able to file a joint application for divorce in the «Diia» application without any hassle — this is a resolution adopted by the Government. The service will be available to spouses who do not have minor children.
«Diia» will automatically check the information in the DRACS registers. If there are no children, the marriage will be dissolved one month after the application is submitted. During this time, the application can be withdrawn.
Previously, you had to come to the DRACS at least twice, stand in lines, and fill out documents. Now everything will be done online — without visits to institutions.
