According to the press service, unlike typical AI tools that wait for user commands, Symphony itself starts by studying the business, «because a fitness trainer, restaurant owner, online retailer, or consultant needs different support.»
The central AI agent of the Symphony platform — Maestro — understands what is happening in the business, determines what to pay attention to next, and coordinates the work of the right specialized agent for each task.
«Once a team is formed, Symphony agents can independently execute agreed-upon workflows on behalf of the business owner: complete tasks, connect to tools the business already uses, provide updates and analytics, and identify key actions that require approval,» the company’s release states.
At the same time, the business owner is in touch with AI agents through a simple application, where he can view progress, interact with them, and agree on important decisions.
«Every day, agents hold a joint ‘morning meeting’ to summarize the work done, identify issues that require attention, and highlight new opportunities that Symphony has identified based on business activity, customer behavior, or current trends,» the company adds.
The company also assures that Symphony has a built-in level of quality control: before the result is presented to the business owner, another agent checks the work performed.

Symphony is currently available on a subscription basis with several pricing plans.
