The Security Service of Ukraine reported the destruction of two Su-27 aircraft at the Russian Belbek military airfield in temporarily occupied Crimea. The attack was carried out by long-range drones of the SBU's Alpha Special Operations Center.
"One of the planes was on the taxiway with full ammunition and was ready for a combat flight. It was destroyed. The estimated cost of both planes is about $70 million," the report says.

There are also reports of damage to the control tower, which may complicate the organization and control of flights at the airfield.
Recall that on December 18, the Service's drones struck hundreds of millions of dollars worth of Russian equipment at this airport: two Nebo-SVU radars, a 92N6 radar from the S-400 Triumph air defense system, a Pantsir-S2 air defense system, and a MiG-31 aircraft with full ammunition.
In addition, the SBU for the first time launched a UAV strike on a Russian tanker in the Mediterranean Sea , 2,000 km from the territory of Ukraine.
