Sense Bank is a state-owned financial institution that relies on innovative solutions: from digital services to new formats of offline presence. We decided to find out what exactly is behind this approach during a conversation with Inna Tyutiun.

Before the New Year, we met with Inna Tyutiun, a member of the board of Sense Bank, who is responsible for the IT block, retail business, payment services and digitalization. The interview took place at Sense Hub Kyiv at 17 Yaroslavov Val, a creative space for bank clients in the center of Kyiv.

Sense Hub is a coworking and community space where users can work in an open space, book meeting rooms, or spend time in a cozy courtyard. A similar hub also operates in Lviv, on Rynok Square. According to Inna Tyutyun, such a network of open spaces is currently one of the features of the financial institution.

But physical spaces are only part of the ecosystem. Recently, Sense Bank has been actively experimenting with gamification directly in the mobile application. One example is the game «Journey through Ukraine», where users collect thematic objects, receive real bonuses and at the same time get acquainted with different locations of the country.

The logic is simple: the more time a client spends in the application, the higher his loyalty and the more widely he uses the bank’s services. Therefore, Sense SuperApp systematically expands its functionality — new features appear in the ecosystem every month.

In the vision of the Sense Bank team, the banking application of the future is not just about payments and utilities. It is an environment where you can:

  • understand investments,
  • buy insurance products,
  • improve financial literacy,
  • cover household and financial needs in one place,
  • communicate in messenger,
  • receive positive emotions thanks to interactive formats and quests.

«Everything that can satisfy your needs will be in our application,» emphasizes Inna Tyutiun.
