New feature for sole proprietors: now you can add a proxy directly in the Sense SuperApp application

From now on, an individual entrepreneur who has an account with Sense Bank does not need to go to a branch to issue a power of attorney for their accountant or employee who deals with financial or operational issues. Everything can be done in a few minutes completely online in Sense SuperApp.

How to do it?

1. The individual entrepreneur needs to select the «My Trusted Persons» item in their profile to add a trusted person.
2. Enter the mobile phone number of the authorized person and the validity period of the power of attorney.
3. The trusted person will receive a push to Sense regarding the request — they need to approve it.
4. The individual entrepreneur must sign the power of attorney and an extract from the questionnaire Action. Signature.

The new functionality allows the authorized person to perform all key account operations: send payments, generate statements and certificates, withdraw cash, and issue a business card.

Online registration has obvious advantages: there is no need to stand in queues, you can appoint a proxy from anywhere in the world, and responding to business needs becomes instant.

To use the service, the authorized person of the individual entrepreneur must be a Sense Bank client and have the Sense SuperApp installed. If not, the entrepreneur can send an invitation to register and issue a card in just a few taps.
