Ukrainian NRC manufacturer Tencore, as well as domestic drone manufacturer Airlogix, intend to create joint ventures with Western partners — respectively, with Danish Copenhagen Global and Finnish Innokas.
Memoranda of understanding on this matter were signed during the DALO Industry Days 2026 defense exhibition in the Danish city of Herning.
As reported on the Tencore Facebook page, this concerns, in particular, the entry of Tencore’s combat unmanned ground platforms into the market of institutional customers in Denmark.
Co-founder and Business Development Director of Tencore Roman Tkachenko and President and CEO of Copenhagen Global A/S Jeppe Handwerk agreed to deepen cooperation within the framework of the Build with Ukraine initiative and other intergovernmental projects.
«By combining Tencore’s front-line expertise with our industrial, integration and manufacturing capabilities in Denmark, we aim to deliver these solutions to Denmark and our NATO allies as quickly as possible — and ultimately scale together to a radically new scale,» emphasized the President and CEO of Copenhagen Global A/S.
In a comment to Forbes, Roman Tkachenko noted that the memorandum provides for the possibility of creating a joint venture in Denmark.
In turn, Ukrainian UAV manufacturer Airlogix and Finnish company Innokas also signed an agreement within the framework of the Build with Ukraine initiative, which provides for the establishment of UAV production in Finland using Ukrainian technologies.
As reported on the company’s Facebook page, the document was signed by Airlogix CFO Oleksandr Androschuk and Innokas CEO Yanne Kostamo.
The next stage is to develop a production model in Finland and create a joint venture.
