Five years ago, the portal and application «Diia» were launched. During this time, more than 40 services and 130 utilities have appeared there. The nearest plans include AI integration, new services for drivers, and more.
Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced new services in «Diia».
«Diia» will have an AI assistant, which Ukrainians will turn to if they encounter problems while interacting with the state. The AI chatbot «Natalka» is already working for partners who want to integrate «Diia» services.
At the presentation of the AI Competence Center held yesterday in Kyiv, the head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs Mykhailo Fedorov announced a plan to implement an AI agent in Diy. According to him, the team is already working on it. «The assistant will independently understand which policy or ministry the problem belongs to, and set certain tasks for ministers that need to be solved,» the minister noted. The project will be joined by the AI Center of Excellence development team, whose specialists are currently being sought by the center’s managers.
New opportunities will be added for drivers: expanding car re-registration, adding the ability to change the vehicle registration certificate, registering a car after customs clearance, etc.
The «eConsul» system will be introduced: Ukrainians abroad will be able to order an international passport or ID card, driver’s license, taxpayer card and pick it up at their place of residence.
An electronic system «eNotariat» will appear, which integrates all notarial processes.
They will also introduce a comprehensive service for reissuing documents when changing a surname.
They plan to digitize services related to death. The first stage involves obtaining a death certificate, state registration of death, transferring data to registries, and processing funeral assistance.
