The main goal of the agreements is to develop digital infrastructure, implement innovative solutions, and build an artificial intelligence ecosystem in Ukraine.
AI transformation: strengthening the national artificial intelligence ecosystem and integrating smart solutions into the public sector.
Secure IT infrastructure: implementing cloud and hybrid solutions from Microsoft to ensure the stable operation of the digital state under any conditions.
Digital skills: providing Ukrainians with access to the corporation's advanced educational tools and technologies.
Innovation test drive: joint development and launch of the latest IT products based on Microsoft platforms.
Oleksandr Bornyakov emphasized that continued cooperation with the world leader is an important signal for investors.
"It is important for us that global technology leaders not only provide services, but also become part of our ecosystem. Continuing cooperation with Microsoft is a clear signal to investors: despite the war, Ukraine remains a reliable partner and a place for innovation. Together, we strengthen cyber resilience, expand access to digital services, and open up new opportunities for an innovative future. We thank our partners for their unwavering support," said the acting Minister.
Yevhen Kaganovsky emphasized that Ukraine has become a global example of digital resilience. Microsoft plans to continue supporting the country's recovery and digital future by combining cutting-edge technologies with local expertise.
As part of the memorandum, the parties agreed to hold regular working meetings to analyze technological cases and directly implement products.
