How Uklon and Helsi helped increase Kyivstar Group's quarterly revenue to $297 million
Kyivstar Group Ltd presented its financial report for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, according to which total revenue increased by 19.8% to $297 million compared to the same period last year.
Kyivstar Group Ltd presented its financial report for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, according to which total revenue increased by 19.8% to $297 million compared to the same period last year.
"This was driven by strong mobile subscriber revenue growth, the acquisition of Uklon, and significant growth across all digital platforms," the company said in a report.
Revenue from telecommunications services increased by 8% to $262 million (UAH 10.9 billion, +9%).
Digital services brought the company $35 million, which is 525.9% more than last year. This figure is 11.9% of total revenue. In particular, the share of revenue from Uklon is $24.7 million (UAH 1.03 billion) and Helsi -$1.8 million (75 million UAH).
The company recorded a net loss of $89 million, with a loss per share of $0.41. This is due to a one-time non-cash charge of $162 million for the placement of Kyivstar shares on the Nasdaq exchange. Without this charge, net income would have been $73 million, which is $9 million less than in the third quarter of 2024.
As of September 30, 2025, Kyivstar served 22.5 million mobile subscribers and 1.2 million fixed Internet subscribers. Average revenue per mobile subscriber increased by 13.0% to $3.7 (UAH 153.1, +14.0%) compared to last year.
The total number of monthly active users is 13.5 million, which is 49.4% more than in 2024:
Uklon — 3.6 million people;
Helsi — 2.5 million;
MyKyivstar — 2.1 million;
Kyivstar TV — 5.2 million.
In 2025, Kyivstar expects to achieve revenue growth of 20%–23% in dollar terms and 23%–26% in hryvnia terms.
