In his opinion, a personal AI consultant, trained on a vast base of business literature and the experience of successful leaders, could become an indispensable assistant for managers. He was prompted to such thoughts by a question at the Nova Poshta business school — “What startup would I launch if not for Nova Poshta?”
Popereshnyuk identified several problems for himself: lack of managerial competence, experience, and knowledge. It is this lack that often leads to the need for constant training for which there is no time.
To solve this problem, Volodymyr Popereshnyuk proposed creating a program based on artificial intelligence - a personal consultant for entrepreneurs. This AI would be trained on thousands of business books, interviews with successful managers, articles and annual reports of companies. Its main function would be to be available 24/7, answer questions and offer solutions to management tasks.
“Managers have been facing the same management challenges and problems for many years, and almost all cases have been described, published, or are in reports or interviews with great entrepreneurs. And AI knows this for sure. So why reinvent the wheel — you need to use the experience of generations of the best managers in the world. This is exactly what I would do if I were a little freer,” the co-founder of Nova Poshta wrote on his Facebook page .
It was previously reported that Nova Poshta will help Megogo Books deliver orders to 15 European countries.
