The final event of the medical technology accelerator Generation H 3.0: Building the Future of Health took place in Kyiv. The winner of the pitching and the grand prize of $15,000 was the Ukrainian startup AtriaPRM. The EYA platform also received a $5,000 grant.
Who won and what are they doing?
The overall winner, AtriaPRM, is a medical AI platform that converts clinical documents into structured medical data. The solution automates routine tasks: analyzing diagnostic reports, test results, and consultation notes to remind patients about treatment and coordinate care.
During the pitch, AtriaPRM CEO Danylo, who is a third-generation doctor, explained what problem their startup solves:
“Routine is quietly killing the capacity of clinics. Missed visits, doctor overload and patient refusals cost the average clinic up to a million euros per year. Our system is an AI layer that integrates via API into existing medical systems (MIS). Before the visit, Atria collects symptoms and documents, during the visit the doctor sees everything in one system, and afterwards the patient receives a personalized plan.”
The jury members noted that the startup's main competitor in the future may not be other MIS, but rather its own developments of large clinics based on publicly available AI models. However, AtriaPRM emphasizes that their product is aimed at medium-sized businesses that cannot afford to maintain a development team for $10,000+ per month.

The $5,000 grant went to Enhance Your Ability (EYA), an AI-powered platform that helps infants and children with special needs who are non-verbal communicate and learn. The system integrates augmentative communication (AAC) tools, educational content, and support from parents and therapists into a single ecosystem.
Other Generation H 3.0 finalists
TomoPulse : A medical imaging startup. The team is developing methods for analyzing digital tomosynthesis projections of the chest. Instead of perceiving body movement as an artifact, the system extracts physiological and diagnostic information from it, allowing for diagnostics with lower radiation doses.
OBRIY : Ukraine's first digital medical platform that combines a licensed clinic, AI triage, and telemedicine doctors. The service takes care of the patient's entire clinical journey and works with the National Health Service, focusing on displaced people, diaspora, and companies with distributed teams.
PRM : A rehabilitation platform that gamifies the recovery process. It turns assigned exercises into daily habits with a reward system. Therapists can create plans, and the system tracks whether the patient is doing the exercises at home between clinic visits.
"In Ukraine, the level of environmental awareness of consumers turned out to be lower than in Europe": the startup Meal for Deal changed the direction of development a year after its launch. What did they bet on?
“We never had the intention to ‘launch a startup’.” A couple of IT professionals sold their apartment in Kharkiv and invested the proceeds in the Cibo calorie counting app. What came of it?
