Wix.com Ltd. announced the release of Studio Two, a new open-source tool designed specifically for web studios and agencies: it combines AI generation, on-canvas visual design, and working with standard React code into a single, seamless system.
Studio Two’s main feature is its complete portability and open workflow. Professionals can freely export projects as standard React code, refine them in Claude, Codex, Cursor, or any IDE, and then import them back into Wix for visual editing. In addition, finished sites can be deployed either on Wix’s managed infrastructure with native business solutions, or completely on their own platform.
The system is based on the updated Aria 2.0 AI agent. It allows you to generate designs, create custom components, write code and business logic, and connect data. Thanks to the Skills feature, specialists can record their own standards and instructions once, so that Aria 2.0 automatically applies them to all projects. At the same time, creative control remains with the person.
Studio Two is built on a shared architecture with the Wix Harmony platform, allowing agencies to seamlessly open and continue working on sites created by users in Wix Harmony in Studio Two, opening up a new source of leads for partners.

The new editor also supports the MCP (Model Context Protocol), which allows third-party AI agents to manage Wix Stores and Wix Bookings business services.
Studio Two is being rolled out gradually, initially to Wix partners, and later to all users. The editor interface is currently available in English, but you can create sites in many languages, including Ukrainian.
