This is stated in the official comment of Cosmolot. The company appealed the cancellation of the license, pointing to significant violations of procedural norms during the unscheduled inspection.
Cosmolot emphasizes that only in January 2026 they received a new license for a period of five years and passed all the necessary checks by the regulator. According to company representatives, then the transparency of the ownership structure, the complete absence of ties with Russia, financial stability and compliance with tax requirements were confirmed.
«Two weeks ago, our company underwent a scheduled inspection, which did not reveal any violations of the law regarding the implementation of settlements or any other violations that could lead to the cancellation of the license,» the company emphasized.
Cosmolot claims that the state agency PlayCity has still not published the court ruling on its website and continues to block the resource cosmolot.ua. The company views the situation as a manifestation of biased attitude and pressure on the business.
Previously, the state agency PlayCity canceled Cosmolot’s license and imposed a fine of almost 13 million UAH. According to the acting Minister of Digital Transformation Oleksandr Bornyakov, the reason was violations during the acceptance of payments: instead of transparent payment by details, the online casino allegedly used p2p transfers from third-party cards.
