Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Valeria Koval spoke about plans to expand the functionality in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
Beta testing of the online divorce service will start in late June or early July. After its completion, the service will be fully available by the end of the summer. Only couples who do not have minor children in common and make a decision by mutual consent will be able to dissolve their marriage in "Diya". The application will be submitted by both partners in the application, after which the DRACS department will have up to 30 days to make a decision. Until then, the application can be withdrawn online.
"We are already entering the finish line. Usually, after beta testing, the service is launched within 1-2 months. Therefore, as of now, we are targeting the end of summer," said Koval.
In the first half of the summer, the launch of the “e-Nursery” program directly in “Diya” is also expected. Previously, this assistance could only be issued through the Pension Fund or the Central Social Assistance Center. The service is aimed at officially employed parents or guardians of children aged 1 to 3 years. The monthly payment will be 8,000 UAH (12,000 UAH for a child with a disability). The funds will be deposited in a special “Diya.Card” and will have a specific purpose - they can only be spent according to the specified MCC codes for the needs of the child.
The release of a digital Europrotocol, which the Ministry of Digital Development is developing together with the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Ukraine, is scheduled for mid-summer. According to Valeria Koval, the process will be as simplified as possible: the application will automatically fill in most of the data, and drivers will only have to add a photo from the scene of the accident, a diagram of the accident and the time. Both participants will sign the document using "Diya.Pydpysu". It will be possible to register an accident in this way only if there are no victims, both drivers have insurance, they are sober and mutually agree on the circumstances of the accident.
