The President of Kyivstar believes that Tabletki.ua has "potential for geographical expansion"

Kyivstar CEO Oleksandr Komarov said that Tabletki.ua is a profitable business that is ready to expand abroad.

«We like the business model with the so-called asset-light business. It falls under many of our criteria,» Komarov said in an interview with DOU.

According to him, Tabletki.ua has «incredible numbers in terms of the number of online orders» — 14 million every month in 2025.

«I think Tabletki.ua has the potential for expansion, geographical expansion. At the same time, it is possible to build synergy between Helsi and Tabletki.ua, Kyivstar and Tabletki.ua, etc.,» the president of Kyivstar noted.

Komarov noted that he is not yet ready to say exactly how Tabletki.ua will integrate with the company’s ecosystem.

«Tabletki.ua is a profitable business. Therefore, in this context, it is better to talk not about making a profit, but about implementing a business case. We are currently at the stage of building the entire ecosystem. Let me fantasize a little: if, for example, we bought an insurance company tomorrow, imagine what potential would open up for the ecosystem, where Helsi and Tabletki already exist. This significantly changes the rules of the game,» explained Oleksandr Komarov.

He added that Tabletki.ua currently employs about 50 people. It was previously reported that after the deal with Kyivstar is closed , Tabletki.ua does not plan to change the work of its IT team. The company will continue to operate with its current staff and will retain operational autonomy, despite the new owner’s participation in strategic control.
