The parties signed a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation within the framework of the «Build with Ukraine» program at the Embassy of Ukraine during German-Ukrainian government consultations in Berlin.
The goal of the cooperation between TAF Industries and THYRA is to mass produce interceptor drones as part of the «Build with Ukraine» initiative through a joint venture in Germany. The partnership will help accelerate the supply of critical defense technologies to Ukraine, increase the number of interceptor systems, and open up opportunities for large-scale mass production of drones in Germany.
German THYRA GmbH specializes in counter-unmanned aerial vehicle (C-UAS) systems. The press release notes that TAF Industries and THYRA intend to collaborate on future dual-purpose solutions in this area.
Previously, Ukrainian arms manufacturers, including Fire Point, TAF Industries, and WIY,signed a number of cooperation agreements with German defense companies. They provide for joint ventures and production in Germany.
