The TechNovator startup won the Deep Tech Accelerator: Hardware Edition training and mentoring program and received a $10,000 grant. The team presented a wireless power transfer technology that allows powering drones, robots, and medical implants without the use of cables or docking stations.
The final pitching (Demo Day) took place on April 25, 2026 after four months of teams working with experts, the Ministry of Digital Affairs reported. The accelerator was organized by the AI HOUSE community with the support of the Ukrainian Startup Fund (USF).
The basis of the development of TechNovator are the principles of energy quantization. The creation of discrete packets allows the system to provide contactless energy transfer with an efficiency of up to 95% even in dynamic or difficult conditions. The technology works without the use of magnetic or electric fields, does not create radiation, interference and does not generate excess heat. This allows charging devices of different power at a distance.
TechNovator plans to invest the funding received in improving the product and entering the global market. According to the developers, their solution minimizes energy losses during transmission, which is critical for autonomous systems.
In addition to the grand prize, all nine participating teams received $25,000 each to use USF’s Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure. Three other startups — Tova Industries, Snipel Systems, and Watcher AI — each received $150,000 in credits for Microsoft Azure cloud computing and artificial intelligence tools.
Other developments presented at Demo Day included autonomous drone interception systems (Snipel Systems), AI-powered vertical wind turbines (UA GREEN), humanoid robots (Robol), and hybrid fiber optic lighting systems (Tova Industries). Also presenting their solutions were SeedMe (greenhouse automation), Watcher AI (video surveillance), Ukrainian Laboratory Instruments (chemical automation), and Vuzoll (service robot assistant).
