An employee will be counted in the reservation quota for only one place of work. This does not have to be the main place of work. If a conscript works at his main job and at several other enterprises part-time, he can be counted in the number of conscripts working at the enterprise only once.
2. Can an employee be booked at an enterprise where he works part-time?
Yes, if this particular company includes him in its reservation quota. The main principle is that one conscript can only be taken into account once, regardless of the number of jobs.
3. Do businesses need to resubmit documents to confirm criticality?
Yes. Decisions on confirmation of criticality status will be made by state authorities based on updated criteria and after receiving a full package of documents from the enterprise.
4. What happens if the booking documents are being processed for a long time and they lose their relevance?
The state body must consider the company's application within no more than 10 working days. To avoid delays, the company must submit a complete and reliable package of documents.
5. Does the enterprise remain critical during the transition period?
Decisions recognizing enterprises as critical, the validity of which expires on September 1.
6. Are current employee reservations maintained?
Yes. During the transition period, both the current criticality of enterprises and the current reservation of military-liable employees of these enterprises will be maintained.
7. What has changed for individual entrepreneurs?
The Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" does not provide for the reservation of individual entrepreneurs.
8. What has changed for state and municipal enterprises?
Changes in the amount of the accrued average salary of insured persons, i.e. employees, do not apply to state and municipal enterprises.
9. Is the salary criterion calculated before or after taxes?
This is the accrued average salary, that is, before taxes.
10. Will there be delays due to the mass submission of documents?
The government has coordinated the work of state bodies to comply with the deadlines for considering applications. Provided that a complete and reliable package of documents is submitted, a decision should be made within no more than 10 working days.
11. What should a reserved employee of a critical enterprise do?
The employee does not need to independently submit documents to confirm the criticality of the enterprise. He should check with his employer whether a valid reservation is maintained, monitor the relevance of military credentials, and clarify his status with the responsible person of the enterprise in advance.
12. What should authorized persons of critical enterprises do?
Authorized persons should check in advance whether the enterprise meets the updated criteria, review the list of employees for booking, separately check part-time employees, assess the level of the enterprise's average salary and the salaries of employees who are planned to be booked, prepare documents to reconfirm criticality, and not postpone submission until the end of the transition period.
13. Where can businesses learn about the updated criticality criteria?
Businesses should be guided by official decisions of the bodies that determine the criticality in the relevant sector or region. After the re-approval of the criteria, up-to-date information will be available through the official channels of the relevant ministry, central government body or regional military administration.
