This was stated by the commander of the Unmanned Systems Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Robert Brovdy, known by the call sign "Magyar", in an interview with the BBC.
According to Brody, the military has a clear goal of hitting 30% of its drone strikes against enemy infantry. He says this target has been met and exceeded over the past four months. Each kill must be confirmed by video, otherwise it simply doesn't count.
“The largest mass killing of the enemy in the history of mankind is taking place in this room,” Brody comments on the work of his units, pointing to the screens of broadcasts from drones.
He emphasizes that he does not feel any fundamental conscience, since the Russian military came to foreign territory with the aim of destroying the Ukrainian nation on Putin's orders.
"If we don't kill them, they will kill us. That's understandable," the commander adds.
Currently, the main strategy of the Unmanned Systems Forces is not to organize large-scale counterattacks, but to deter the enemy. The available weapons allow you to effectively block the enemy's advance through Ukrainian territory. At the same time, Brovdy is convinced that Putin cannot afford to stop the invasion because the risks of defeat are too high.
Earlier, Brovdy reported that Russia plans to increase the number of drone operators to 100,000 people by April 2026.
