According to the company, employees were in shelters during the air raid, so there were no casualties or injuries among the staff. An assessment of the extent of destruction and damage to infrastructure is currently underway.
Novaya Poshta assured that it will pay customers compensation for all damaged or destroyed shipments as a result of the attack in the amount of their declared value. Details on the reimbursement procedure are promised to be announced later. Customers can check the current status of their parcels via the mobile application or on the operator's official website.
Despite the nighttime incident, the company emphasizes that it continues to operate as normal.
As a reminder, Nova Poshta has updated the working hours of its branches , extending them by one hour.
