UPD: The news has been substantially updated. Thus, according to the Decree of the CMU dated November 22 No. 1332, the number of conscripted employees is taken into account as of May 18, 2024, but in the event of an increase in the number of conscripted employees in the relevant state body, at a critically important enterprise, in a critically important institution — as of on the date of submission of such lists, in particular for those created after May 18, 2024.
The date of May 18 arose because, according to the Resolution of the CMU of November 22 No. 1332, deferrals from conscription for military service are valid until the entry into force of the new law on mobilization, which took place on May 18.
At the same time, the day before People’s Deputy Bohdan Kitsak, commenting on this issue, said that all conscripts who received positions after this date will be deprived of reservation status in the future.
«Now the government determines that in order to receive a reservation from mobilization, the employee had to be employed at the enterprise until May 18, 2024», — he said on the air of the Kyiv24 TV channel, which is not a correct interpretation of this document.
At the same time, the resolution determines that deferments from conscription for military service during mobilization are valid during the period for which they are granted, but not longer than until February 28, 2025.
As we reported, from now on the reservation of conscripts will be made through «Diia» using electronic lists, and in order to receive the status of «critically important», the enterprise must provide a certificate of absence of debts from taxes and contributions to the budget.
