In two years, mobile Internet in Ukraine has become three times faster, writes Mezha Media. Ukraine improved its position by 45 points at once. The speed of wired Internet has increased by 1.5 times, but its position in the ranking has even worsened by two points.
The fastest mobile internet in Ukraine is Kharkiv — 45.65 Mbps and 97th place in the world.
Kyiv is only in 116th place with 35.88 Mbps.
But fixed internet is better in Kyiv — 93.69 Mbps and 79th place in the world, in Kharkiv — 86.87 Mbps and 92nd place in the world. Other Ukrainian cities did not make it to the Top.
In general, the average mobile Internet speed in the world is 61.52 Mbps, fixed — 95.10 Mbps, that is, the Internet speed in Ukraine is below average.
