The third all-Ukrainian online FPV racing tournament Fight & Flight called "Big Races" will take place on October 17. The competition will be held in the Ukrainian Fight Drone Simulator (UFDS): Starter Edition, and both military and civilian pilots from any location will be able to join them without the need to physically gather in one place.
According to the organizers from Drone Fight Group and Victory Drones, the UFDS team has created a new virtual track with a long circle and various types of obstacles especially for this stage. While passing the route, pilots will have to take into account the inertia and weight of the drone, as well as independently choose the trajectory — take risks for the sake of speed or pass difficult sections more carefully.
The qualifying round will begin on October 17 at 10:00 and will last until 17:30. At the same time, at 14:00, a broadcast will be held on the Victory Drones YouTube channel with the participation of military pilots who will share practical experience and fly the course live. In the evening, the 16 best participants from the qualifying round will compete in the final, which will be broadcast on the UFDS YouTube channel.
Registration for participants is open on the official tournament website until 4:30 PM on October 17. Winners will receive drones and components from competition partners, including Vyriy Industries, Bat Drones, PG Robotics, FPVUA, Motor-G, and Warbirds.
The Fight & Flight series started on August 1, 2026 as the first official all-Ukrainian online tournament in the UFDS simulator. Over 170 pilots took part in the debut competitions on the Zmiiniy Island map, and the prize fund amounted to over UAH 200,000. At the second tournament on September 5, the format was complicated by simulating combat missions, where pilots flew virtual Angel Arrow 15 bombers under the threat of enemy fire.
“It was nostalgic to fly into this airfield again.” The developers of the UFDS drone simulator have released a mission-reconstruction of Operation Web, which they developed together with its participants
