"It's more like a 'cry of the soul.'" The business ombudsman said that changes need to be made to the Pulse platform
Business Ombudsman Anka Feldhausen believes that Pulse, a platform for collecting feedback from businesses about their interactions with the state, needs improvement.
Business Ombudsman Anka Feldhausen believes that Pulse, a platform for collecting feedback from businesses about their interactions with the state, needs improvement.
Feldhausen stated this in an interview with Forbes.
«It’s good that this tool exists, because it allows businesses to communicate directly with the government. But Pulse should be improved: the system should be improved so that businesses can more specifically describe their problems,» she noted.
Feldhausen added that so far they have only taken on six cases from the Pulse system.
«Now, as the RBO inspectors say, it is more like a „cry of the soul“. That is, entrepreneurs describe the difficulties too generally, and as a result, it is very difficult for the government to understand the essence of the issue and solve it,» the business ombudsman believes.
As you know, at the beginning of the year, the government approved the appointment of Anka Feldhusen as business ombudsman. Feldhusen is a German diplomat with over thirty years of work experience, who headed the German Embassy in Ukraine in 2019–2023.
