The Center for Innovation and Development of Defense Technologies (CIDROT) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is expanding its team and is looking for developers, analysts, security specialists, engineers, and technical support operators.
The Center for Innovation and Development of Defense Technologies (CIDROT) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is expanding its team and is looking for developers, analysts, security specialists, engineers, and technical support operators.
TsIROT brings together experienced civil IT developers and military specialists. Its key product is the DELTA combat system, which combines tools for coordinating unit actions, reconnaissance, operations planning, analytics, and target destruction.
The employment involves contract service in Kyiv. Transfer from other units is possible with the approval of the commander.
"The center operates according to the standards of the civilian technology environment: daily stand-ups, one-to-ones, quarterly demos, clear development processes — everything that makes the work transparent and predictable," the TsIROT noted.
