Logistics operator Nova Poshta has identified fulfillment as one of its priority development vectors for the coming years. The company expects to process over 50 million orders per year by 2030.
The CEO of Nova Poshta, Yevhen Tafiychuk, spoke about these plans of the company in an interview with the SPEKA publication. According to him, the business area is showing rapid dynamics: in 2025, fulfillment volumes increased by more than 50%, and in 2026 the operator plans to triple these indicators.
«Our goal is to build one of the most powerful fulfillment networks in Ukraine,» Tafiychuk noted.
Fulfillment is a set of logistics operations performed by a specialized service for online stores. It covers the entire journey of goods: from receiving them into the warehouse and storing them to picking, packing, and transferring the order for delivery to the end consumer.

The speed of delivery is ensured by the high frequency of logistics cycles. Currently, vehicles from Nova Poshta fulfillment centers are sent to branches every three hours. Today, the network has nine facilities: three hubs operate in Kyiv, one each in Lviv, Odessa and Dnipro. Fulfillment zones are also deployed at branches in Ivano-Frankivsk, Vinnytsia and Poltava.
In 2026, the company plans to significantly expand its geography by opening 11 more small fulfillment hubs in regional centers. The new locations will appear on the basis of cargo offices in Cherkasy, Khmelnytskyi, Zhytomyr, Uzhhorod, Rivne, Lutsk, Zaporizhia, Ternopil, Chernihiv, Kropyvnytskyi, and Chernivtsi.
According to the results of 2025, Nova Poshta delivered 522 million parcels and cargo (of which 29 million were international), which is 10% higher than the figure for 2024. Thus, through the fulfillment direction alone, the company plans to process a volume equal to almost 10% of its current total annual traffic.
