The Uklon press service reported that service partner drivers who have passes can work during curfew hours to help Ukrainians get to inviolability and heating points, medical facilities, and train stations.
Thus, Uklon applications will work 24/7 in 19 cities. In addition to the new cities, the service remains available 24/7 in Kyiv, Lviv and Uzhhorod. The service will be available in accordance with the Government’s resolution on overcoming the consequences of the emergency situation in the energy sector.
In addition to Kyiv, Lviv, and Uzhhorod, Uklon applications will work continuously in the following cities:
«For now, the service will not work during the curfew in cities close to the front line, including: Dnipro, Zaporizhia, Kryvyi Rih, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv. At the same time, Uklon is open to providing all necessary support to residents and expects support for the service from local authorities. The service will also not work during the curfew in Bukovel,» noted Uklon CEO Serhiy Grishkov.
Uklon also allocated 3 million hryvnias in the form of promotional codes, which will be distributed in cooperation with local governments to support mobility to/from checkpoints.
«Our task is to provide people with access to points of inviolability, heating and communication even during long outages. This is an opportunity for vulnerable categories of the population to receive timely medical care or delivery of medicines and products. In times of crisis, Uklon becomes part of the critical infrastructure that supports the vital activity of cities,» commented Mykola Soroka, Head of GR at Uklon.
As of January 21, a pass is required to travel during curfew hours in the cities listed. However, the conditions may change at the discretion of regional military administrations.
