«Now you can only apply for an electronic pension, without a paper counterpart. This way you will receive the document much faster and without trips to government institutions,» the press service of «Diia» reports .
In particular, you can apply for an electronic pension certificate online on the Pension Fund’s web portal.
«To apply, you will need a pension record in the Register of Insured Persons and a taxpayer number. Once it is ready, the certificate will be displayed in «Diia,» — «Diia» reports.
At the same time, the pension certificate for age should be automatically uploaded to «Diia», and the pension certificate for disability, loss of breadwinner, or seniority must be added manually.
«Scroll through all documents in the application, select Add Document — Pension Certificate. Previously, this approach was implemented with a driver’s license. Now every fifth Ukrainian, replacing a certificate in the Action, orders only a digital document,» the application’s press service notes.
As a reminder, the Ministry of Digital Transformation announced that Ukrainians will soon be able to report poor mobile communication and Internet in their region through the «Diia» application — the relevant resolution was supported by the government.
In addition, in July, the government adopted a resolution allowing for the status of a combatant on the Diia portal. According to the Ministry of Veterans, this function should be operational as early as January 2025.
