A digital wallet, 50 new electronic services and even gambling licenses in "Diia". What else is in the digital transformation plan approved by the government

According to the press service of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, by the end of this year, the European digital wallet EUDI Wallet will appear in the «Diya» application.

«This is the first step towards integration into the single digital market with Europe. It is planned that by the end of 2026, half of citizens and businesses will start using this service,» the ministry noted.

According to the approved plan, satellite mobile communication services will also be launched in Ukraine by the end of 2025.

In addition, it is planned to:

• automate special verification of candidates for public positions and speed up this process 10 times by converting it to electronic format;
• launch digital IDs for civil servants and automatic generation of certificates from human resources and financial departments;
• by 2026, transfer 80% of notaries to digital e-Notary;
• introduce an electronic tracking system for alcoholic beverages, tobacco products and liquids for electronic cigarettes;
• by the end of 2025, launch at least 10 new services in the areas of social security, medicine, taxation, veteran support, business, and for drivers in «Diya», and by 2026 — as many as 50 new electronic services;
• provide the opportunity to obtain licenses in the field of gambling through «Diya»;
• by November 2025, include 2,000 educational institutions with over 1.1 million participants in the educational process into the Mriya ecosystem;
• introduce additional digital services in the «Diya» application for military personnel and veterans;
• implement the e-Court system to track court cases online;
• ensure that in 2026-2027 Ukrainians will be able to officially buy and sell cryptocurrency in Ukrainian companies, declare income from it and pay taxes;
• A separate bill is planned to provide support for venture financing of the digital economy.

We will remind you that on September 10, the Cabinet of Ministers approved its action program for 2025 and announced that it was sending the document for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada.
